The past few days I have been a bit busy and so I haven’t been able to update this blog for my weight loss experiment.
Friday (day 12) was a squat challenge day and I was able to do a few hundred squats with weights. It is a lot harder to do the squats, even with just a little big of weights. But I was careful this time to not over push myself.
On Saturday (day 13) I did some exercises which was good , but Sunday (day 14) I was not able to do any exercises.
Today is day 15… I was out for most of the day but was very tired by the time I got home, so unfortunately it was another day that I had to skip. Tomorrow though I see no reason why I can’t get back to my exercises.
Since today is Friday (day 12 of my weight loss experiment), today is a squat challenge day!
Last week I did over 600 squats, but today the challenge is to do as many squats as you can, but if you do them with weights you get even more points!
I think I learned my lesson last week not to over push myself, however I do like my challenges.
I will post my results tomorrow as to how many I end up doing, or you can check out the official squat challenge blog here.
As for my exercises today, I just finished doing them (which include 100 squats), so my legs are already feeling it.
This day 11 of my weight loss experiment went well.
I was out and busy during the day so I am glad that I had enough energy to do my exercises later on.
I just completed my day 10 weight loss experiment exercises… boy does it feel good to do them!
I’m still feeling good about this experiment and I can’t wait to find out what I feel like in 3 weeks from now after doing this for a month.
Tomorrow I’m going to be busy, but I will try my best to get the exercises in.
Today was a good day for my weight loss experiment. Day 9 means that I am well into this experiment and I am glad that I didn’t give up a few days into it. I haven’t seen a lot of results yet, and to be honest, I don’t how know much to expect, at least before maybe the 30 day mark.
I made sure to exercise today even though my legs were still a bit stiff, but no where near what they were. I think my walking yesterday helped a lot.
Since I didn’t do my exercises yesterday, I will make sure to do them on the weekend, since there are no scheduled workouts for Saturday or Sunday.
Day 8 of my weight loss experiment was a slow day for exercise, at least for proper exercising. I went out for the day and ended up walking a lot, so that I think helped my legs.
However, because my legs where still quite sore/stiff, I didn’t want to push it anymore, so I did not do any of the proper exercises. I am happy though that I was able to walk for the day (maybe 7hrs), which I think really helped.
Tomorrow I plan to get back into the exercises.
Today, day 7 of my weight loss experiment was a slow day for me. My legs and lower back are still quite stiff and unable to move much from all of the squats, so I thought it would be best to take it easy today and not do any exercises.
I have to go out tomorrow and I will end up walking a lot, so I am not really looking forward to it, but at least it will force me to keep moving. If all is well tomorrow, I will do my Monday exercises.
